What does your vision for small groups include?

In many Christian denominations, small groups form the backbone of the church. Sunday worship draws people together in large numbers, but the deep connections happen in small group settings. These might be Bible study groups, age-stratified groups (like a young adults or retirees group), gender-based groups, or even sports groups. Usually, they allow time for emotional vulnerability and prayer.

What form would a small group within the Westshore Community of Practice take?

What would be the make-up of each group?

Is age relevant? How about gender? Life experience?

How often would the small community gather in person?

What would the small group do? Spiritual practices, mission work, etc?

How keen are you to participate in a small group within the Westshore Community of Practice?
